Cancellation Policy
At Start Fresh Auto Detailing, all services are by appointment only to ensure each vehicle receives our full attention and quality care. Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by call, or by text. A valid contact number is required to confirm all bookings. Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size and condition. Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time with no penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a non-refundable deposit or refusal of future bookings. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and could be treated as a same-day cancellation. Vehicle Condition: Excessively dirty vehicles (heavy pet hair, sand, stains, biohazards, etc.) may require additional time and cost. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. Weather & Delays: In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Start Fresh Auto Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments as needed. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
